The expertise of an auction market family that has been in the business
since 1920 was used to develop our Auction Market System.
- Our founder, Al
Sargent,
developed the original version of our Auction Market System in 1980 and
has been instrumental in anticipating and answering the needs of
individual auction markets to reach the integrated system available
today. With the future in mind, and realizing that the needs of
the industry were outgrowing the capacity of the original system, a
completely new Linux upgrade system was put into development.
- Our lead developer,
Bruce Prewit,
has worked on the leading edge of the computer industry for IBM, AMD,
Motorola, and Cisco Systems; and, was instrumental in the development
of the Linux Operating System software, as well as, the hardware
components that brought the Internet to the home PC.
